Programme
18:15 – 18:45 : Registration & greetings
18:45 – 20:00 : Cultural show presented by local professional and upcoming talent. Evening full of entertainment with Fusion, Folk, Bollywood and Melodious Singing rejoicing colors of India.
20:15 – 22:00 : Dinner
Entrance and Dinner fee
Members : Entrance Free, dinner CHF 25/- per person
Children (5 to 12 years) : Dinner(kids portion) CHF 10/- per person
Non-Members : Entrance CHF 20, dinner CHF 25/- per person
Children(5 to 12 years): Entrance CHF 10, dinner(kids portion) CHF 10/- per person
Students: Entrance CHF 10 with ID card, dinner CHF 25/- per person
Note: Dinner price includes non-alcoholic beverages i.e. will be provided free of cost during dinner.
Dinner Reservation
Based on highly appreciated feedback from last event, we will be offering again a sit down dinner with proper cutlery, no more standing in queue.
For this reason, please note that pre-paid meal reservations are mandatory and need to be done by Wednesday, 7 March 2018 and it is limited to maximum 160 seats.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate any last minute reservations beyond this date. Thanks for your understanding.

All members are requested to bring with them 2017 membership card to facilitate easy verification on the entry.

Bus no. 10, 22 \ Tram 14, 18 (stop – Bouchet)If you take the tram, walk 10 meters in the direction of the Lake, turn right into Avenue Edmond-Vaucher. About 400 meters along Avenue Edmond-Vaucher, the AULA Henri-Dunant will on the left.
ParkingThere is blue zone parking on Avenue Edmond-Vaucher and paid parking (underground) is available at the AULA.
