The Indian Association Geneva Executive Committee extends an invitation to the extraordinary event "Indo Spanish Fiesta: A Musical Evening from India and Spain." This unique gathering will present an intercultural fusion of Indian music and flamenco, performed by the talented artists Amrat Hussain Brothers, Daniel Renzi, and Jose Candela.

Join us on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 16:00 hrs at the Permanent Mission of India, located at Avenue Appia, 21, 1292 Pregny-Chambesy, Geneva.

Daniel Renzi's musical odyssey commenced within a family deeply passionate about music. Starting with violin and choral singing, Renzi transitioned to explore diverse genres, spanning from electric to acoustic guitar. His discovery of flamenco at the age of twenty-eight led him to refine his craft in Seville and Jerez, mastering both guitar and vocals over a fifteen-year journey.

The Amrat Hussain Brothers Trio, custodians of a musical legacy spanning seven generations, will enchant the audience with North Indian rhythms, melodies, and poetic verses. Renowned for their expertise in tabla and Indian music, they have enraptured global audiences with their renditions of classical and traditional repertoires at prestigious festivals and venues.

José Candela, an experienced flamenco dancer originally from Granada, Spain, has made Geneva his home since 2015, where he serves as a flamenco instructor and holds the presidency of the Arte Andaluz Association. With a wealth of training and performances spanning various continents, his captivating choreography and profound expertise in flamenco have adorned prestigious international festivals and stages, leaving an indelible mark on esteemed events in Geneva.
