Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear Member,

You are cordially invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday 31 January 2026 from 18:30 hrs.

The AGM will take place virtually over digital platform "Zoom". You are encouraged to attend the AGM, please use the link here to register,  the details of a Zoom link will be shared by email on successful registration.

The proposed draft agenda is as under:

Any member unable to participate may authorize another member to exercise his/her right to vote by proxy. Send your proxy in writing by email or using the form to contact@indianassociationgeneva.com 48hrs before the Annual General Meeting. The number of proxies is limited to the number of members in the family plus one additional member.

The annual report, the audited statements of accounts and the auditor report for 2025 have been made prepared and made available for your reference prior to the AGM.
